What we are NOT proposing
Entrance – we are proposing:
 To improve the entrance sign with a new entrance feature and new signage with the new logo.
To re-route the cars entering the Park through what is now the car park to the rear of the security hut., and to build a new security cabin and site it on the correct side for incoming traffic - therefore allowing the security guards to play a more active role in monitoring the traffic entering the Park.
To introduce a new landscape feature on the area that will separate the vehicles entering the Park from those leaving the Park.
We do not propose to alter the current exit of the Park. Refuse Compound:
To completely re-design and landscape the entire compound.
To introduce a single compactor instead of the 5 bins we currently have.

Recycling - approximately 80% of ALL refuse placed into this compactor will be sent to the recycling unit at Deeside – this eliminates the need for individual recycling bins.
To landscape and tarmac the whole compound.
This work has already begun and will be completed this year.
Landscaping
To renew and refresh the landscaping to the WHOLE park – that includes your area – this will includes car park bays, beach path ways. Does your area have any problems – let us know!!!!!
Security
To increase the number of security officers to two at weekends and holidays – these officers will make sure that the rules of the Park will be strictly enforced.
To introduce a swipe card entry system to the beach access gates.
New rules will include no ball games anywhere on the Park, and children will not be allowed to congregate in groups of more than 4. |
